Classic British Shepherds Pie with a sweet potato twist!

Ingredients
- 3 medium sweet potatoes, to add to mash
- 1 carrot, to add to mash
- 1 medium potato, to add to mash
- 2 celery sticks
- 1/2 red chilli, thinly sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 4-5 small cauliflower and broccoli heads
- 250g lamb mince \ ground lamb meat
- 250ml beef stock
- 1 tblsp marmite \ vegex, optional
- dashes Worcestershire Sauce, optional
- Couple of sprays Light Oil spray for frying mince
- 1 tblsp Butter \ Margarine, for mash
- Sprinkle Chives
- Heat oven to 200c
- Heat a saucepan with boiling water and put in cauliflower and broccoli for a few minutes until soft, set aside cauliflower and broccoli and keep water.
- In this water now add peeled and chopped sweet potatoes, potatoes and carrots
- Spray a saucepan with oil and fry onion, garlic and chilli for a couple of minutes. Add chopped celery and fry for a couple more minutes. Add mince\ground meat and fry until browned
- Put beef stock cube in 250ml of boiling water, add in marmite and splash of Worcester Sauce. Set aside.
- Once mince is browned add stock to mince and turn down to simmer, add cauliflower and broccoli
- Once sweet potato, potato and mash are soft, discard water and mash, add a little butter to add flavour and season.
- Add mince\ground meat mixture to bottom of large oven dish - can be any shape, put mash mixture on top and spread out.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until bubbling, if you want your mash more crispy place under a grill for a couple of minutes. Chop some chives, sprinkle over and dish out into bowls or plates to serve.
